Our Payment Policies e-BZZZ requires payment in advance by Credit Card quarterly or semiannually. Annual payment can be paid in advance by check. Quarterly payment in advance: Credit Card Semi-annual payment in advance: Check or Credit Card Annual payment in advance: Check Remember, you can change your billing frequency at any time to take advantage of our discounts. Card expired? Please call with new expiration date. Statements for accounts paid by check are sent out approximately 15 days prior to the start of your next annual service period. Just remember to include your Domain Name on the check. All accounts require prepayment for service. Late payments may involve temporary deactivation of your account without prior notice. Email may also be deleted after a 30-day lapse of the account. Past due accounts of 60 days or more will be charged a late fee of 1.5% or a minimum of $2.00 for administrative costs, whichever is greater. Returned or NSF checks will incur a $25.00 charge. Accounts sent to our Collection Agency will also incur a $25.00 fee in addition to the outstanding balance owed. Refunds on pre-paid accounts will be pro-rated at the month-to-month rate and a service fee of 4% will be charged for refunds on credit cards to cover costs. Cancellation To cancel your account, please call our office at (630) 761-8855. A representative of e-BZZZ will give you a cancellation number to confirm it. Email cancellations are not accepted. Prepaid accounts will be reimbursed for the unused portion of the service based on the number of months used. See "Right to cancel" in TOS agreement. Non-use of our service does not constitute cancellation. User is responsible for all charges until a cancellation number is issued to your account. It is required that all customers read our Terms of Service (TOS) Agreement. In the event that USER does not agree, in whole or in part, with our TOS, it is solely the USERS responsibility to notify e-BZZZ of that fact and terminate the account immediately. Failure to read this agreement does not excuse USER from these rules and obligations stated here.
